Seller trems & conditions

Seller Policy

 

  1. To sell any product on the platform of MJ Corporate mall you need to register as a seller.

  2. MJ Corporate Mall has the complete rights to approve your request to become a seller.

  3. You need to share the following details:

    1. Complete company address

    2. GST number

    3. Signing authority

    4. Verified email id

    5. Verified mobile no.

    6. Website (if any)

  4. If the dispute is raised by the buyer for the defective product supplied by you, then MJ Corporate Mall shall not be responsible in any case.

  5. If found indulged in any illegal activity on our website then MJ Corporate Mall has full rights to take action.

  6. If found indulged directly with the customer then MJ Corporate Mall shall levy a fine according to the damrages

  7. If the seller is unable to deliver the products within stipulated time period consecutively thrice, we will be compelled to remove you from the website.

  8. Once you become a seller we shall send the commission structure and payment terms on your verified e-mail address.

  9. All disputes are subject to “Jagadhari Jurisdiction only.
