1. We do not have a return policy instead we have a replacement facility.
2. Mail us at email@example.com if you have received a damaged or a defective product(s) within 48 hours of delivery date along with the photo/ video of the product. The replacement is subject to availability of the product(s) in our stock.
3. Replacement will be initiated once we receive the product and is approved by our Quality department.
4. Exchange can only be done in case of a size mismatch. The replacement is subject to availability of the product(s) in our stock.
5. Once you send the request our courier partners shall pick the parcel from your place.
Please read carefully the “Conditions” mentioned below.
1. The replacement process of the product(s) will be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product(s).
2. Product(s) should be UNUSED.
4. Product(s) should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
5. There are some products that cannot be replaced as they have been printed on demand with your personalised photo.
6. MJ Corporate Mall reserves the right to reject any replacement request if the product looks used.
7. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit. MJ CORPORATE MALL will not be liable for any damage that happens in transit.
No cancellation of the order is applicable once the order is placed.
Re-packaging the product(s)
1. Mention the return address clearly and choose a reliable courier / shipping service to send the package to MJ Corporate Mall.
2. It is the customer's responsibility to track and ensure that the package reaches our warehouse. Replacement can only happen once the package is received at the warehouse.
